Manage Your Time To Make More Money (Freemium sites)

Time management techniques sound boring but they give your live stream structure and make it run smoother. Your fans will appreciate this much needed structure too, you’ll see it by how easy it will be to moderate your room. So what is the structure i’m talking about? Basically, this means doing one type of show at a time and not advertising public, private, skype, group shows all at once in the hopes of making more money that way. When you're running back and forth from public to private all the time, you end up losing your viewers and having to work twice as hard after a private to build them up again. Not an effective use of your time or energy.

1. Start with a schedule.

However complicated, a simple schedule can really impact your viewer count in your room. Having this consistency will also help you gain a feeling of satisfaction and control over your show schedule. Think about it, when you know what to expect you can plan for it. So can your viewers. Adding a schedule to your life can double down your success so why not try it? Just dont forget to schedule in some YOU time every single week.

2. Stick to one show at a time.

When you're in public chat, STAY in public chat. Tell your viewers you're staying in your public chat and taking private shows afterwards. Leaving in the middle of your public show to go private might seem like a good idea in the moment, but what ends up happening is you lose a bunch of your viewers and you have to work twice as hard to get them back once your private is done. You're a little more tired after doing a private show so now you must dig a little deeper to get that energy and excitement back to fule your public show. What else ends up happening migt be even worse. You've inadvertantly trained your viewers not to tip (or wait longer to tip) because they are waiting to see if you are going to leave to private as soon as your show gets quiet or one comes along. This can be fixed though. All you have to do is announce in a casual way that you are taking privates after and are staying in public. Eventually all your fans will just know this about your shows.

3. Enjoy PVT time.

When you're done your public show and starting to accept private show requests, let your viewers know by changing something in the background! Add a red light, change your camera angle to something new or even change your outfit. This change in scenery will visually notify your entire audience that something has changed. If you add the same red light in the background for example, your viewers will come to accociate the two making room management that much easier.

Doing your private shows at the end allows you to relax and enjoy them more! You won't be as tired, flustered, or preoccupied with thinking about going back to public. Your private show cusromers will pick up on this and leave them extremely satisfied becuase they can see you enjoying yourself during your 1-on-1 show.

I can not stress enough how important self preservation is in this business! So, next time you’re feeling drained, take a day off for some much deserved ME time.

Love you bb
